About Me

The goal of marketing is to create fans of a brand; building communities based on shared experiences and interests. Accomplishing this must start internally with teams not only passionate about their projects, but about working together. Understanding what others bring to the table and respecting the importance of their role in the team is vital to fostering healthy and empathetic working environments. With over five years of combined marketing and design work, Jason Baesel seeks to use his multi-disciplinary experience to help run more effective marketing teams.
